I've noticed that people in various Asian countries are often oblivious to their own racism toward Black people, but when White Westerners do or say something racially offensive toward [Chinese, Japanese, Koreans, et cetera], there is no confusion, or lack of an ability to sharply and quickly react with anger and outrage.

(The recent uproar regarding Dolce & Gabbana in China is one example.)
